In the name of Allah
It is necessary to keep on the peace in the visit of Al-Arba'een in this year with all its shapes because there are sides that want to sow disc.ord, we hope from all to miss the opportunity on those who ha.te this visit and the ba.d people from Al-Ba'th Saddamian party and on any rude whoever he is and from any side especially this visit is often general and it isn't limited to Iraqis visitors which means its importance from one side and its gr.avity from another side
Anyone who makes off.ense or vio.lence or ha.rm or friction or anything like that, we disown from him and the competent authorities must be notified to do their duties according to law
You have to overlook or notify about anyone who offe.nds you, no one has the right of reply absolutely because all of us want to serve Al-Imam Al-Hussain peace be upon him, neither the rituals and sanctities nor the civil peace should be neglected God forbids, we don't satisfy to return the Sha'baniya events nor the like whatever it is, Iraq is a trust that must be guarded by all without exception
Here I repeat: Al-Saraya and popular mobilization or any ar.med faction shouldn't intervene but it is the duty of other security forces with thanks; Allah is the best Protector; and He is More Merciful than all those who show mercy
