In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Most Merciful
(this is what Allah gives glad tidings of to his bondmen who accept faith and do good deeds; say (O dear prophet Muhammad- peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and upon his family) “I do not ask any fee from you upon this, except the love for my near relatives”; and whoever performs a good deed – We further increase the goodness in it for him; indeed Allah is Oft Forgiving, Most Appreciative). After what we saw from change in the policies of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and what happened from great opening in it and reject the extr.,emism by the Saudi crown prince the respected brother Muhammad Bin Selman; I find an opportunity in that to remind them in rebuilding the graves of Al-Baqee’ imams, especially we commemorate of de.,molishing them by some extr.,emists at that time that de.,molishing was and still outside of legitimate, doctrinal and social matters at all customs, religions, doctrines, belongingness and moderate right thoughts; especially those whose their graves were de.,molished are representing all Islamic and human belongingness as it is mentioned in the Holy Quran whereas we and you are commanded to love and obey those whom Allah will to remove all impurity from them and make them utterly pure by cleansing them (the Holy prophet’s family), and preserving their graves and rebuilding them are within the matter of love. There is no good in those who h.,ate them nor in those who exaggerate in love them, the moderation is our manner.

De.,molishing them is unforgiving cr.,ime and rebuilding them is a high dignity. I also demand the Iraqi Parliament and government to coordinate closely with Saudi government and competent authorities to complete this unitary project which agrees with moderation and reject the extr.,emism in all region
